Annual rental license price is found Main Modul, Number of Users and Additional Modules which this amount should be paid every year.
After customer has been signing buying agreement, our technical staff connect via using remote access programs (Teamviewer, AnyDesk etc.) to customer’s server in order to install the program.
The program will be going on to run actively when Annual License Usage Right to use is renewed every year.
“Annual License Usage Right” term begins with signing contract. This terms is 1 (one) year.
In order to renew Annual License Usage Right customer must made payment current annual rent price as determined by CRM RedWhite.
Our support service free of charge and is included in annual license renewal payment.
Our support service consist of:
-providing control and continuity of the “Annual License Guarantee System” and controlling,
-correcting the errors that may occur in the installed system,
-techical supporst for the use of program,
-updates in the version,
-improvements caused by browser bugs or technological innovations,
-elimination of errors in the version caused by current modules,
and taking support from our Solution Consultant and technical team during working hours.
